School Clubs Timetable
School clubs start in September. More details will follow on our return after the Summer break. The cost of each club for the term is £10.00. Should a club be cancelled for any reason, parents will be notified by ParentMail. If your child is unable to attend the club, please make sure the office staff are informed as registers are kept of children attending. Cancellations will not be refunded.
Pupil Premium: For children who are in receipt of Pupil Premium funding there is no charge for 2 clubs from the list or 1 outside club run through the school (e.g. football with Chris Finch).
School Clubs will start week commencing Monday 24th September until week ending 14th December 2018 (10 weeks) PLEASE NOTE THERE WILL BE NO CLUBS FOR THE WHOLE WEEK COMMENCING 15TH OCTOBER DUE TO PARENTS EVENING. The cost of each club for the term is £10.00, unless specified otherwise. Should a club be cancelled for any reason, parents will be notified by ParentMail, but no refunds will be given. These will be available to book from 6pm Friday 14th September, on a first come first served basis. Once all the places have been filled, registration for the club will close.
You will be able to access this through our payment section on ParentMail, by going straight to payments, shop and selecting Autumn Term Clubs 2018. Once your order has been processed and paid for and you have received a confirmation email from ParentMail, your place for that club is confirmed, you will receive no further correspondence from us.
Registration for School Clubs will close on Thursday 20th September at 9am, or earlier if all the places for that club have been allocated. Please make sure the clubs you order are the clubs you require, as once you have purchased the club, your place is confirmed. There may not be spaces to swap onto another club, and any refunds will be chargeable.
All after school clubs start at 3.10 and finish at 4.00pm, except for KS2 Art and Cookery which both finish at 4.15pm.
DATES FOR COOKERY CLUBS ARE AS FOLLOWS:
KS1 27th/9, 4th & 11th/10, 1st & 8th/11.
KS2 15th,22nd & 29th/11, 6th & 13th/12.
Digital Leaders will be held on Tuesdays 15:10-16:00, children have already applied direct for this club, they are being told Friday 14th September if they have been successful. Please aware of this when booking further clubs.

At Great Leighs Primary School, we also offer:
- Breakfast Club Monday to Friday 7.45am – 8.30am at £3.00 per session
- Stay ‘n’ Play after school Monday to Friday 3.10pm – 6.00pm at £9.00 per session

- Act First Drama & Film Club FS, KS1 & KS2 – Monday after School
- Tri Golf KS1 and KS2 – Tuesday morning before school
- Chris Finch Football Years 2 & 3 – Wednesday morning before school / Years 4, 5 & 6
- FOGLS Gymnastics KS1 and KS2 – Thursday after school
- Brogan’s Dance Club – Wednesday 5:15pm
Peripatetic Music Lessons available during school that are run by out of school agencies are:
- Drums – Monday
- Keyboard – Tuesday
- Stave House – Singing/Violin/Piano – Tuesday
- Guitar – Wednesday
- Brass/Woodwind – Friday
Payment for these is made direct to the organisation.
