Welcome to FOGLS
Great Leighs Primary School has an active parent/teacher association. As a parent you automatically become a member of FOGLS when your child joins the school and you are always welcome at our regular meetings held once a month on a Wednesday evening.
We organise some highly successful events including coffee mornings, discos, an Easter Fun Run and our annual Summer Fete and Christmas bazaar. We aim to provide fun for the children and increase the sense of community whilst raising valuable funds for the school.
FOGLS have helped fund many projects around the school over the years and with current cuts to education budgets the fundraising role of the parents association is even more vital. Since September last year we have given £9,414.58 to the school.
Please see our calendar of events which is updated regularly. We cannot run these events without the help of parents but together we can make a difference to our children’s school.
If you have any ideas or are able to help us out in any way please do not hesitate to get in touch firstname.lastname@example.org.

FOGLS Gym Club
Our Gymnastic Club is run by FOGLS for the pupils of Great Leighs Primary School. Classes are taken by our British Gymnastics qualified coach, Mrs. Donna Williams, and last for 30 minutes. They are held in the school hall on a Thursday, times vary according to the level your child is at.
All levels are catered for, from beginners to more advanced, and children are awarded certificates on their achievement of each level.
Any profits raised from the club are added to the FOGLS fund to help support various projects for the school.
Places are limited and classes can book up quickly, so if you are interested, or simply require additional information, please contact Nina Topham by email at email@example.com.
FOGLS Gymnastic club paperwork can be found here:

Many companies offer match funding to current or retired employees. This can be for certain events or part of an event, it can also be up to a certain amount.
If your current or past employer offers this type of charitable donation, (click here to view a list of companies that may still offer it) please email your details, your employer’s details and any information on their terms to firstname.lastname@example.org, for the attention of Mrs. Sam Topham.
Christmas Bazaar and Summer Fete
